Google Sheets sync
Back up and restore your journal to a Google Sheet you own. Photos aren't synced — only meal data and check-ins.
Create a Google Sheet, paste its URL above, then click Connect. You'll be asked to sign in with Google to authorise access to that sheet only.
Cadence connection
Pull your cycle phase data from Cadence to overlay on meal patterns. Read-only — At the Table never writes to your Cadence sheet.
Open your Cadence sheet, copy the URL from your browser, and paste it here. You'll be asked to sign in with Google — the same account you use for Cadence.
Time format
How times are displayed throughout the app.
Meal tags
Tags help you organise meals — homemade, takeout, restaurant, and so on.
Symptoms
Symptoms you can select during check-ins. Add anything you want to track.
Check-in reminder
How long after logging a meal before you're prompted to check in.
Export journal
Download your meals, check-ins, and photos as an archive. Includes a journal PDF, a CSV spreadsheet, and your photos.

No meals in this range.
Data
Reset app settings
Clears tags, symptoms, time format, and check-in window back to defaults. Your 0 logged meals won't be affected.
